There are plenty of examples of ‘summertime lawsuits,’ some of these unnecessary and abusive lawsuits can impact even the simple pleasures families and kids enjoy in their own backyards, on summer vacation or around town. We want Texans to know there’s an alternative to frivolous lawsuits: an ounce of prevention, a dash of awareness and a healthy helping of common sense. Let’s not cancel summer.
