Co-founder of Texans for Lawsuit Reform (TLR) Richard Weekley, writes of the benefits Texans have enjoyed from the legal reforms implemented in the Lone Star State over the past decade. “The goal of tort reform in Texas has always been to create and maintain a fair, honest and predictable civil justice system that balances the rights of both plaintiffs and defendants.
